The process to become a professional home caregiver of CSCC

As a reliable home caregiver of CSCC, the foremost thing is about “personality” and “professional ability." To become an official home caregiver of CSCC, it is necessary for every caregiver to be qualified with the training of caregiver and asked for a phone interview, examination and face-to-face interview. Furthermore, we need every caregiver to offer six referees. After this procedure, the last step is to pass the whole training we designed. As a home caregiver, it is necessary to finish the core training including dementia care,reablement, cancer care and end of life care .

The training of CSCC

It is necessary for every home caregiver in CSCC to get the certificate of training of caregiver. During working in CSCC, we will offer the complete training and education system to support everyone have the opportunities to become a professional mentor or manager.
