Our services include professional home care services such as personal care of the seniors in the sub-health condition, chronic or acute diseases care, dementia care, cancer care, and hospice home care. We do not offer postpartum care, professional housekeeping, child care and babysitting.
Each service requires a minimum of 3 service hours, considering the commuting hours of our caregivers. However, there is no limitation to minimum service hours per month.
In order to guarantee and regulate both parties’ rights and obligations, we will offer a customer service contract for both parties to sign. We understand that flexible care service is always your concern so there is no specific regulation regarding service time limit. You can flexibly reschedule the date and time of the care plan based on the needs of the seniors at home.
No, you do not need to.
